Jobs disappearing too quickly? Didn’t see the offer in time? We heard your feedback, and we listened. That is why we are happy to announce our new Post Claim Queue!

With the Post Claim Queue app feature, you will now be able to submit a claim for a job  even after your priority window has passed. For example, if an offer goes to Tech 1, they will have 5 minutes of priority time to accept that job, indicated by the orange countdown timer below:

After Tech 1’s 5 minute priority window has passed, the job offer will go into a new 5 minute priority window for Tech 2 to accept. If Tech 2 has not yet accepted the job, Tech 1 will still be able to see that job in their offers, appearing in the list like this:

You will also receive a notification that your priority window has passed, but you can still submit a claim for the job that will put you next in line to be offered the job once it has passed someone else’s 5 minute priority window:

Clicking on that notification will either inform you that another tech has already taken the job during their priority window or give you an opportunity to submit a claim:

Claiming the job that is not in your priority window will inform you that you are next in line for that job:

If the Tech who currently has the job in their priority window does not accept it, the job will then be offered to the next tech in line who submitted a claim. You will receive a notification if you were assigned the job successfully after claiming it:

You will then proceed with completing your scheduled jobs as usual.
