In addition, we are implementing a crucial update regarding the closure of service orders. To streamline our processes and maintain the quality of our services, it is now mandatory for technicians to capture the customer's signature at the conclusion of each service. We understand that circumstances may vary, but capturing the signature ensures a seamless experience for both parties. It's important to note that failing to obtain the customer's signature may lead to potential delays in payout. In the interest of maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service, repeated failure to collect signatures may result in deactivation from the HelloTech platform.
