As HelloTech continues to grow, we recognize that both new and existing technicians would benefit from additional support and guidelines for TV mounting jobs.
Our goal is to provide both technicians and customers with the best experience possible, and through our regular feedback sessions, it’s clear that technicians feel the same way. But sometimes it’s not so clear what the best experience actually entails, which is why we updated our support documentation to answer many commonly asked questions.
As a result, HelloTech technicians interested in receiving future TV mounting jobs will now be prompted to review supporting documentation and take an updated assessment.
You must complete and pass the assessment with a score of 80% or higher by 11/26/22 in order to avoid losing access to TV mounting offers. You can take the assessment up to three times during this time. If the assessment is not completed and passed within that window, any technician without a passing score will no longer receive TV Mounting offers until they recertify.
