Additional Support for Video Doorbell Services
We have reached out to a large number of technicians for feedback on our skills and SKUs and the results have been heard and addressed!
As a result, we’re improving how techs add skills and receive SKU-specific support. Technicians will now need to pass a skill assessment before adding the Video Doorbell Installation skill. (If you would like to review materials regarding this assessment in advance, a link can be found here.)
Eligible technicians can take the assessment up to three times over 30 days. If the assessment is not completed and passed within that window, any technician without the new Video Doorbell skill will no longer receive Video Doorbell offers until they recertify.
