We listened to your feedback about wanting more dedicated on-site support. We know that you work hard to provide quality service to each customer, so we have made an improvement to the Technician Support experience!
Starting Wednesday January 26, 2022, you will have a faster, high quality on-site Technician Support phone number and a separate Technician Contact Form for non-urgent issues.
On-Site Support
Our on-site Support Team will now be dedicated to you over phone at phone number 424-209-4660 when you are on your way to or on-site at the customer's address.
This will ensure that technicians can receive quicker assistance while attempting to complete an order for customers. We want you to be as successful as possible in your HelloTech jobs, and providing a more rapid on-site support experience will provide you with better assistance.
Off-Site Support
The new Technician Contact Form will enable you to have a quick and high quality response for non-urgent support needs. What are some examples of when to use the Technician Contact Form?
- Payment questions
- Application support
- Edit notes on an already-completed order
- All other general non-urgent issues
